Thiavana began as a personal journey of self-discovery and peace. Today, it’s evolving into a nomadic wellness club: gentle movement, simple healthy rituals, and low-pressure social time that helps you feel better and feel connected.
We don’t have a permanent address because neither does healing. We host pop-up experiences across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, bringing well-being and community wherever we gather.
At Thiavana, we believe in the beauty of simplicity, the power of connection, and creating a space where you feel safe to breathe, heal, meet people, and grow.
Come as you are. Heal at your pace. Leave with new friends.
To create small, welcoming spaces where people can care for their bodies and minds and find community. Through movement, mindful practices, and relaxed hangouts, we guide you toward balance, calm, and real-life support.
A world where wellness is social, accessible, and human. By bringing curated events and pop-ups to different cities, we help newcomers, nomads, and longtime locals belong, build healthy habits, and live with purpose, peace, and joy.
Seeker of balance, and believer in the power of healing. My journey here wasn’t perfect, but that’s exactly why it’s worth sharing.
A few years ago, I hit what felt like rock bottom. I was overwhelmed, lost, and craving an escape. Then, one random day, I felt this inexplicable pull to go to India for yoga teacher training. Now, here’s the funny part, I had zero yoga experience. None. I didn’t even own a yoga mat!
But something inside me knew this was my shot at finding myself again. So, I took the leap. I booked that flight, flew to India alone, and stepped into a completely unfamiliar world. And let me tell you, India was nothing like I imagined. It was noisy, chaotic, and overwhelming. Yet, somehow, within all that chaos, I found peace. For the first time in forever, I felt whole again.
That experience sparked something deep inside me, a need to heal and a desire to share that healing with others. I kept asking myself:
How can I help someone else feel the peace I found in India?
Here’s the thing no one tells you, healing isn’t pretty. It’s messy, uncomfortable, and terrifying. It feels like opening an old, dusty box filled with things you’ve avoided for years. But hidden under all that dust is the treasure you’ve been looking for.
Through this journey, I’ve learned one life-changing truth: to heal, you first have to feel. It’s not easy, but it’s worth every tear, every doubt, and every uncomfortable moment.
My mantra now is: I am my own source of happiness.
It’s a daily reminder that true peace starts from within.
After India, real life still felt heavy. I wanted to spend my time on something meaningful. Something that helps others right now. Thiavana began as a safe space to reconnect with yourself; it’s now growing into a place to move, talk, share food, and make friends.
As an introvert, I value deep, easy connection over small talk and I built Thiavana to feel that way.
When I lived in Melbourne, I trained at this incredible aerial studio. There was one instructor, let’s call her W. Who made every class feel like a safe haven. She didn’t just teach; she made the whole environment feel warm, supported and understood.
That’s the vibe I want Thiavana to have. A place where people are welcomed, seen, and supported. Whether it’s yoga, a picnic morning, a wine-and-flow evening, or a simple circle.
If you’re imagining me as the typical yogi sipping green juice and living in a zen bubble, let me surprise you. I’ve got a dark sense of humor that keeps people guessing. Life’s not always serene, and neither am I, but that’s what makes this journey so real. When things get overwhelming (and trust me, they do), I roll out my mat and remind myself to breathe. Even a 15 minutes yoga flow can be life-changing.
Thiavana is my way of sharing my imperfect, messy, beautiful journey and helping others find their own version of peace.
If you’re looking for balance, healing, or your people, Thiavana is here. We’ll move together, sit together, and belong together.
