An hour of vinyasa before you get into a 30 minutes deep rest with sound bath.
This session begins with a grounding Vinyasa flow led by Viktoria. The practice is designed to build warmth, open the heart, and move energy through fluid, intentional transitions.
While the flow carries strength, it is never about pushing or perfection. You’ll be guided to listen closely to your body, soften where needed, and move with presence. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, you’re encouraged to move at your own pace, explore sensations, and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement.
After the physical practice, the session gently shifts into stillness. You’ll settle into a comfortable resting position for a 30-minute sound bath, allowing the body to cool, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to reset. The sounds support deep relaxation and integration, giving space for everything you’ve moved through to fully land.
